Unbeatable setting, very helpful and attentive staff.

The service in general was very good. Well furnished and top-notch room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities.

The hotel was nice little and absolutely charming and I liked the streets of Sarajevo. There were bright, luxurious rooms with large comfortable beds as well as plenty of pillows. The location was very central, great for a cathedral and a fortress located minutes from the property. I had quick lunch at Cevabdzinica Zeljo, located a short walk to the hotel. The stay was fantastic!

The breakfast spread was good and fine, with a wide range of excellent options. The location was marvellous and awesome; minutes from a cathedral and a fortress.

The parking arrangements confused me initially, as I found a cheaper option just around the corner. It dampened my excitement for the stay.

The lack of 24/7 reception staff led to frustrating delays when assistance was needed!!! Improvements are definitely needed in these areas!!!

The hotel had an excellent location near the old town, with friendly staff who provided valuable recommendations. Rooms were comfortable and clean, although the breakfast selection was somewhat basic. Some noise from outside could be heard at night, but overall, it was a positive experience.

The absence of a reception worker was alarming. We arrived to find a note saying no one was available to help us, frustrating. To. We were left without basic amenities like water in the mini bar and when I finally managed to contact the hotel for assistance via the reception camera, they promised to send water but never followed through. It was unacceptable to park outside without proper guidance. Locals informed us we shouldn't park there, showcasing a complete lack of responsibility from the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay ! The spacious double room with a balcony was perfect. Breakfast on the terrace featured an array of fresh fruits and warm dishes. The staff was helpful, offering great local tips. Pro tip, Arrive early to.

The central location made exploring the old town easy. I appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The only downside was the limited parking options nearby, but it was manageable. A charming experience in Sarajevo.

The hotel is crying out for a makeover. The carpets are old and stained, giving a lackluster first impression. Most furniture appears equally tired and dirty, which diminishes the overall ambiance. I also noticed some noise bleeding from adjacent rooms, leading to a less peaceful experience at times. While amenities like the mini bar are provided, there's no drinking water in the room, not even a complimentary bottle. Lastly, there seems to be a need for improved upkeep, with issues like cleanliness in common areas popping up now and then, suggesting a little more attention would go a long way.

I enjoyed my stay with amazing staff who went out of their way to make my experience special, including packing breakfast for my early departure, and the wonderful central location that allowed me to easily walk to landmarks like the Basčaršija and the famous Sebilj fountain, both just a few steps away, making every exploration a delight.

We had a wonderful family stay! The staff was friendly, helping us settle in and ensuring we felt welcome with our beloved pet. The hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby attractions with just a quick stroll to shops, dining, and historic sites.

In my wife's opinion, the noise from the street could be bothersome for families trying to rest, especially with little ones. An improvement could be soundproofing the rooms to create a quieter atmosphere.
